CHALLENGE
PSG was called in to identify each brand’s unique selling proposition and brand story.  Traveling to each of the 12 brands’ locations, PSG met with brand leads and key sales and operational people to determine the best approach.  Through deep questioning, PSG was able to form a foundation for each brand’s comprehensive marketing plan and marketing tactics.

SOLUTION
PSG created and tailored marketing tools to help each brand with specific goals and needs.  These tools included a methodical approach to aligning and enhancing customer-brand touch points, competitor analysis to understand how each brand is differentiated from the rest of the marketplace, metrics for improving internal processes/policies/people, and ways to integrate everything for one-of-a-kind service.  Today, PSG continues to provide one-on-one consulting, keeping the brands on target to meet goals.
