CHALLENGE
If Express Personnel could secure this client, that would enable Express to grow business by 60 percent. Competition for the contract, though, was tough—18 other employment companies were invited to submit RFPs.

SOLUTION
PSG helped Express Personnel pull together a strategy and supporting reasons for its client to renew the contract.  PSG was involved from beginning to end, developing a vision, brainstorming ideas, and coaching Express Personnel through the process.  PSG helped create two presentations for the review committee, including video testimonials from Express Personnel’s current clients.
