CHALLENGE
Monsanto sought a blended learning approach.  So together, the Monsanto U.S. Learning & Development Team and PSG worked to assess the needs of targeted areas of the business.  A delivery vehicle was required to facilitate knowledge transfer throughout the business and to customers.

SOLUTION
PSG recommended computer-based training (CBT) as a convenient, flexible, highly informative, and individualized way to deliver messages and transfer knowledge to remote learners.  PSG was immersed in every step of the CBT course creation process, including research, scripting, module design, audio recording, approval, publishing, and course completion analysis.
