CHALLENGE
TricorBraun wanted to add fun, team-building activities, while still maintaining the same level of effective training and information that was delivered in past years’ meetings.  The agenda previously included a standard kick-off session, followed by required attendance breakout sessions. 

SOLUTION
PSG addressed the need for fun, team-building activities by organizing a full-fledged trivia “edu-tainment” event.  Trivia categories included questions from each of the organization’s departments about current year milestones, important events, and other relevant business topics.  Additional trivia content came from fun categories regarding the entertainment world.  To increase retentive value, attendees received the information prior to the trivia game, in departmental, “fact-filled” booklets.  Teams had allotments of time to discuss answers with team members, and they received the correct answers after every round.
